Is there any way to get these 6 parts on a DVD? I've got the full live DVD that this came from, but it's not got all the interviews in it. Would love to have this as a compliment to the other DVD.

When the boys came and played here in Cincy a few years ago, there might have been around 75 people or so. Sad. But my friend Jeff Wood told the boys to ask me "Hey Pete..". I'm looking around saying "Is someone calling me"? "Hey Pete" one of the boys said. "which version of '13' do you want to hear? The regular version or the fancy, sooped up version?'

I choose the fancy version. They added "ow-woos" in between the lines. "He was just 13 when he got his first gun..ow-woo". RIP Kirk and I hope to see you 3 again sometime.

These vids really come close to capturing the power of Split Lip Rayfield live. My favorite way of describing them to people: They're the only bluegrass band in the world that will dedicate a song to the Slayer fans in the audience, and there are Slayer fans in the audience, and they like the song.

Or as Kirk said one of the times I saw SLR, "We're a rock band with acoustic instruments."

Thanks for posting this. Very moving. I laughed a little right about the 6 min 15 second mark of this video (part 6 of 6). Right after Kirk introduces Eric, a little blip of Wayne's face pops in out of nowhere. It's like a weird subliminal message or something.
