I am not usually inclined to comment on things here, but what I think this person and what she is instructing is dangerous for people seeking help and guidance. While she speak in a tone that would convince someone she is educated on the subject matter, this person is completely unqualified to speak on the subject of running on any level. She is a fraud. You could possibly get injured, waste time and not enjoy running or fitness benefits. Please look elsewhere for advice.
@Johnasantiago The instructor has said on a previous video that this drill is for the sole purpose of forming a posture, that we should in no form use it as an exercise.
