This poem feels so selfish to me :/

I don't cut, but reading this i get chills. not for the main character, but for the people around her. Her friend, her father. Suicide only passes your pain onto the people around you.

Marie here. I was running up a score on how long before i cut myself again.I reached 3 months then yesturday someone got angry at me for the stupidest reason.I got soo depressed the pain got soo bad that i took a knife & cut a 3 inch line on my left wrist.I`m ok i bleed a bit & i patched it up.Guess i now have another reminder that my life sucks.

Very beautiful sad poem. No one should feel that way but reality is, a lot of people do. What you should remember is life goes on, you have your whole life ahead of you, family and friends, no matter how hard something gets you STAY strong. Some people would love to be healthy and alive....... So when you have the choice dont ruin it, take everything one day at a time.

I would really like it if you would stop cutting yourself. there are better ways to cope with your stress and hurt. and the best way to stop cutting is to talk to people about it and they will understand. and help you through it.

I had to stop watching this in the middle because I was about to cry. once I calmed down I continued. I would the one who was crying. I would be the one to worry. I would be the one dying. I would be the one to lie. I would be the one to come home to see some one I love dead or dying. I would be the one to live and hurt.
