@PlaystationTREY In this video the basic LCD temp sensor was mounted under the disc drive in between the the two heatsink retainer clips. and taped securely!!!! (can't stress that enough).
The 2nd lcd display (the colour one), for the purpose of demonstrating exhaust heat, was just placed behind the rear vent on the ps3.
@pepito01226 As there is no alarm built into the temp sensors, the only benefit is seeing how hot it actually gets and being able to move it to a new location that is cooler.
where did u put the sensor? close to the proccesort or just somewhere inside the ps3?

Thats a cool and good idea. But what are the benefits for thermal reading a ps3??? Unless you over do and your ps3 Rlod cause a burned out GPU.
