@PnallieSpeaks For me, the bottom ones I didn't gag at all. But for the top ones I gagged but that was because there was alot of suction. It's not bad though

Does invisalign work for overbites ?

@simplyyxxemily It can work in certain cases. Make sure you see an Orthodontist, not a general dentist. Make sure the orthodontist is an experienced invisaligner user. They will be able to tell you for your specific case if it is a good treatment alternative.

The molds dont hurt it feels weird when they pull it off and after but other than that they are fine

I'm getting my braces in jan and i'm taking my molds next week and i've never done it before and i'm scared to death...... help me!

Everyone says you gag and I don't want to... lol.

@Elinhelenee You will do fine. A regular impression or mold of your teeth takes about 30sec. Most people are fine. You should have no problems. Just don't eat right before your appointment.

@Elinhelenee It's not as bad as everyone makes it seem..... I got my braces in November..... When I got my molds done... Everyone tried to make me believe it was really bad....But it wasn't... Good luck with your braces.

how long do you have to have it in your mouth? not to be gross but i gag easily and so.. the shorter the better haha..

2 types of materials are used to make this special mold which is required for greater accuracy. The 1st Grey color is thick and heavy, the 2nd Green is light and flows easily around all the teeth to mack an accurate mold.

@facesortho mine DID stick to my teeth :( and the orthodontist pulled it very hard. lol it hurts XD

Can that stuff stick to your fillings? I have the "tooth colored" ones. So, they seem more fragile than the amalgam ones.
