At first I thought it was fake, but the subtle movements of the cat's head as it tilts his head and looks around a bit makes me inclined to believe it's real. Might be naive to think so, considering what can be done nowadays to manipulate video, footage. But if it's fake I'd recon it would be more perfect, like in the beginning you first see only one ear, I think if someone made this he would have made both ears come up in sync.
