I think in certain aspects this guy is right but I believe it all breaks down to basic principals.. When you eat 2 or 1 large meal's per day your body doesn't know when the next meal will be so it naturally stores the excess as fat.. if you split up your meals and eat through out the day then your body wont hold onto the nutrients as much because it knows it will be replenished with more nutrients.. It is ALWAYS better to eat 6 smaller spread out meals a day than 1-2 meals due 2 metabolism habit

i live in canada most people out here dont eat breakfast fro me i dont eat any meal other then supper which is probably like a bowl of noodles and thats it all you have to do is not eat so much and thats how you lose weight fast. most people in canada are anerexic and we cant deny it so all you have to do is not eat works for me all the time
