  • Alright there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some great things about it and my BF got amazing Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • I have a disability, muscle dystrophy. I'm in serious pain everyday and completely exhausted 24hrs of the day. I'm only 25 years old. I sleep in excess and only get exercise 1-2 hrs in a day. That counts walking up the stairs, going to the bathroom, walking the dogs etc...This has led me to gain some weight despite eating small. Two meals per day, a square sandwich or a bowl of cereal, water/juice count as my daily meals. I feel exercise is not an option for me because I can't handle the stress.

  • You are a smart man 2 out of 3000 people know this "secret" even though it shouldn't be. Visualization is the key to life. As a boy, My grandfather told me to visualize me hitting a homer in a game. Well I did and suceeded. Now i use this alot

  • I think in certain aspects this guy is right but I believe it all breaks down to basic principals.. When you eat 2 or 1 large meal's per day your body doesn't know when the next meal will be so it naturally stores the excess as fat.. if you split up your meals and eat through out the day then your body wont hold onto the nutrients as much because it knows it will be replenished with more nutrients.. It is ALWAYS better to eat 6 smaller spread out meals a day than 1-2 meals due 2 metabolism habit

One question though- how often do I need to visualize the scale and say the affirmations throughout the day. Perhaps several times per day?

  • eat more then 6 times per day but only eat vegetable and fruit cz the more you eat the more you burn calories .. and drink water its good for your body to burn calories faster but warning : don't eat fast foot or sweets or beards or anything that contain fat

    Stop every junk food. Stop eating industrial sugar, butter, bred and stop snacking. Do not fry your food. ONLY 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, (one little fruit snack) and dinner. THAT'S IT

  • i live in canada most people out here dont eat breakfast fro me i dont eat any meal other then supper which is probably like a bowl of noodles and thats it all you have to do is not eat so much and thats how you lose weight fast. most people in canada are anerexic and we cant deny it so all you have to do is not eat works for me all the time
