yea i just picked up playing guitar again but i never was to good in the beginning because of my strumming but now im getting better everyday and i never wanna put down my guitar for a second because its great to play and your videos also helped me out so thx man

how would you suggest learning how to sing along while you play. as soon as i start to sing my strum pattern just goes way off

practice, just keep singing and playing along with songs, it will get better with time!

Secondly, when am srtumming using pick i'am not able to completly able to hear the strum.. the pick is creating some noise.. Can you please help me with this ?..

i am using my fingernail when i strum, and with time you will get better at strumming, dont worry, just keep practicing

i have a question if your guitar has some metal strings and some strings that feel like plastic will that make my guitar sound different or worse btw your videos are great

You probably,or definetly have a nylon string guitar,relax most of the guitars(acoustics i think lol) are like that and wont make your guitar sound different or worse...=] me guitar has 3 "plastic" strings too =]

hey buddy, yeah that is a nylon string guitar, those metal strings are actually nylon strings with metal wrapped around it, but no those guitars are fine, those are the guitars i started learning to play on 2 years ago

You think you could make a lesson on percussion clicks and palm muting, and muting strings in general. Kinda like Jack Johnson type of deal. That would be fantastic!!!

just out of curiosity, what models do you currently hold in your guitar arsenal? i know you recently received a seagull (i have one and love it), but your recent videos have been with this taylor (model? it's a beauty) do you play electric much?
