Sonny has 2 children in the hospital so naturally he can't be with both at the same time. Besides, I think Morgan can survive a broken leg, Kristina just watched her best friend die... I think she needs Sonny more right now. Did Dante forget his brother and sister are also in the hospital? At least Sonny has seen Morgan. Can Jason please kill Theo/Balkan already?!?!?!
@TAMUCC2011 I can only guess that Balkan is using the old adage "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer". All his henchman have failed to get results, so it seems he is forced to do it himself. By getting people to trust him, he is more likely to get the information he is looking for with little trouble.
This Balkan is annoying. He is looking for his grandchild that Brenda and Dante gave away and revenge on his sons death. I wouldnt be surprised if he goes after one of Sonnys kids.

@Simone20th it's clear he has an intention of his own, and it's not to present a defense but to destroy lives of those connected to Sonny (sons) and the women they love.
