Also, it has been reported that she was not found on the bunny slope, but on the nursery slope, where the snow had melted some, which made a fall more dangerous.
First reports said bunny slope, now we hear nursery slope, where skiers should have more experience. Perhaps other first report will be contradicted at a future.
This is a terrible loss to fans; we cannot imagine what her family is experiencing
It's so sad to see people using a tragedy like that to speak their dirty minds about somebody else country. This country is great but it's not perfect, and this people don't speak for the nation. It's really sad to show this kind of attitude to the world, make us look something that we are not. God can forgive you for this behavior.
Let's be sensible. With these sorts of injuries, you have to get help straight away, but she said she felt OK and went back to her room. I don't think you can blame a whole country for THAT! May she rest in peace and I hope her family are given the privacy they have requested.

I misspelled a word. I live in the greatest nation on Earth. Canada is an inferior country in many ways maybe you could mull that over while you're clubbing baby seals to death.
Natasha and Liam were a very classy couple, and I was a big fan. I am praying for the family. She was so young, and it's heartbreaking to hear that her two sons will be without a mother. I am so sad. To young too soon. But heaven is a better place to have her .
knotch? how do you know she would have not survived the fall had she -not- flown all the way to New York for treatment? Do you know what altitude does for the brain? You think maybe flying is good for the brain? Canada has CAT scanners. And just look at all the people you see wearing helmets while skiing these days btw, huh?
She was already a goner, friend. She was brain dead by the time they put her on the plane. They apparently flew her back to Lennox Hill Hospital to be close to her family so they could say goodbye. It was simply a last goodbye scenario. They live in the neighborhood of Manhattan closest to Lennox Hill, on the Upper East Side.
Poor Mrs. Richardson; she is the example of a proper English lady. I'm praying for her & children & her family during this difficult time. I know they have great surgeons in Montreal so I'm not sure why they flew her to NYC. I'm especially concerned for her mum as she is getting up there&having to worry about your daughter like that is a big strain (look at what happened to the late Queen Mum). I hope that the family will get the support they need during this crisis.

Ski helmets do not prevent serious injury. They need to be altered, to give more protection.

She did not know she had a fatal injury, who would? She cannot be blamed.

"Too bad this didn't happen in America where she would have gotten top knotch medical care. Sadly it happened in Canada. "
Too bad YOU didn't receive your education in Canada, where they DON"T teach you to spell "notch" with a "k".
Sadly, you received it in the United States.

Save your ignorant comments for yourself.
You obviously know jack about Canada and her health care system.
Most medical experts and policy makers have stated their admiration of our system.
Many Canadians die in the United States, should I start slaming your country?
Loser.
