@gpxsrxracer hey ass clown to make the 750 big bore on the zrt 600 you only need to take 3 cylinders and pistons from a zr 500 and put them on the 600 bottom end much like the 900 t cat uses the zr 700 cylinders and pistons to make the 1050 big bore kit no specal bore size needed

The zr500 piston is 71 mm, and the zrt600 big bore piston is 72 mm, so please explain to ALL of youtube how you get 750cc's with a 71 mm zr500 piston on a zrt600??? Your way of thinking would make it a 677 cc engine, where as the 72 mm big bore zrt600 piston would make it a 697 cc engine. Guess u like being a tool dont ya!

i got a 96 myself, and i was gonna get a 700 kit for it, but i heard some horror stories about overboring that cylinder. apparently the ring hits the top of the exhaust port because its so big, and after 500 miles the rings are all junk and bent. just what i heard. what kinda compression are you running? what rpm with the pipes? ever cooked a piston?
