I am an American who understands your concern about maintaining a distinct culture. In Europe, I wanted to see "the Old World"...not the same fast-food joints we see here.

You have to be passionate about your culture and make it survive.

Here, we fight corporations (like Wal-Mart) which destroy small-town businesses.

Make your citizens aware that Americans love and respect cultural differences.

But still we feel influence of Foreign Policy of American president. And it's not only Russian problem,

cultural extinction happens in many European countries as the result of americanization and it's closely connected with American President.

Yes, we CAN vote! And please stop regarding Putin as a dictator, you don't know much about him if you say so! Since America is a country of immigrants, it's crucial to consider other cultures. Secondly, many indigenous ethnicities WITHIN the USA are likely to lose their cultural identity too. And finally, can you imagine YOUR life without elements of other cultures? I bet you can't. And now just think that your grandchildren might be deprived of them.

Hey, did i ask why you have money? I don't care) it would be freedom if americans didn't say "american stuff is the best, bla-bla-bla..." Coz while being in the USA lots of times I've heard from americans something like: I love America, so I don't want to know ANYTHING about other countries, culutures, whatever." It's wierd.
