Here's a thought - rather than stuffing beloved Resident Evil characters into an already over-bloated RE5 minigame, why not let us, the fans, know what they've been up to over the years? Why have we not seen Rebecca and Barry in an RE title for so many years? This isn't a tribute to them so much as it is an afterthought.

At any rate, I'd still like to know what happened to him and Rebecca. Especially Rebby, as she dropped off the face of RE permanently after the first game. :(

@lfgubrs The Gold Edition has two extra chapters; Lost in Nightmares which details Chris and Jill's mission to find Spencer and sheds light on the series's future villian, Desperate Escape which details Josh and Jill's mission to rescue Chris and Sheva, and the mercenaries reunion which lets you play as Excella, Josh, Rebecca (from RE1 and Re0) and of course everyone's favorite gun slinging, beard sporting, sandwich loving warrior, Barry!!!

Consoles got exclusive PC content as DLC (Not to mention other stuff). PC didn't get exclusive console content as a DLC in a year and a half after release.

Personally, I don't care. I only regret that I can't import weapons and characters even if I have the files, since they are incompartible. And since people mod the sheet out of the game, including new maps for Mercenaries, it's not a big deal anyway :3

Mind you, there are exceptions (Ada and HUNK in Umbrella Chronicles, Chris in Code Veronica, etc), but other than that, the Re1 and Re2 characters don't really cross over that much.
