i don't know kg, but it looks like 245 lbs. 2x45 on each side plus a 10. i know he's taller than Fedor by at least 3-4 inches, but shorter than Alexander. He has the Emelianenko genes, so he's bound to be a somebody. can't wait to see him come up.

And one thing, they don't need to lift more then this - because its made muscles bigger and slower. They fighters - speed and stamina that what they trained on first. Any one of them break your chin in two seconds.
@Vectar84 No they are professional athletes & there are plenty in the UFC who are smaller who can bench more then that.
Its not a strong lift & he shows little control of the bar bouncing it off his chest & sticking very noticbly at a few points in the lift. If he had either strength or stamina he would of moved a fairly small weight with better control & more then 5 times.

I don't know how exactly they trained, but in my club lifting almost last exercise in training. Its hard just to stand when after two hours of running, jumping, boxing, etc, trainer run us through the heavy bars and dumbbells. Your brain is weak!
