i'ts a nice painting, but I hope you know the dimentions are not good. the car twists in the length. You should bring the right frond side a bit down. If you want to make the car more realistic, you should think about all the bits you draw. it must all connect to something else and it should have a purpose. The last tip is about the roof. a roof is more flat then round. keep it in your mind while drawing.

So when you draw, think about every purpose of the line and it will work

Okay, made it to the end of the vid. The method by which you went about the drawing seems to be textbook. Perfect, in other words.

I'm gonna agree with the guy who wasn't happy with your shading. Don't mess up a great illustration with improper shading techniques. -Keep drawing, though, because you are really good.

Why aren't you turning that paper for? you should be rotating as you go along to get more power strokes and speed. Not bad but if you get these on your list for techniques you'll find that it improves speed and accuracy (accuracy as in perspective and not "tight" technical accuracy). Despite last suggestion, DON"T DO full pencil shading.. stick to mixed media markers/pencils if simple rendering or other wise scan into P.S. and go at it with a wacom.

i like your design and your techniques but you ruin your cars with your shading/colouring techniques. you should do fully pencil shaded cars, they look so much better, good effort though :)

i like the way you stress on the heavy outline of the car. It helps to bring the car towards my vision. The only gripe i have is that the rear wheels are a little out of proportion. Nice style you've got there anyway.

Started out impressive though the perspective is distorted. The line work is ok but it kinda died for me when the shading and reflections started, they are sort of wrong. The DLO also has a massive snap above the centre of the door and the windshield goes back way too far, not leaving room for the roof as indicated that there is one. The turret is also way too narrow. Good headlamp detail, average generic design though, looks kinda like a confused F40 with the arse of a Celica. Nice video!
