I can agree that the japanese and origina version of the song fits better to Dragon Ball, but hudging the japanese and english versions as independant songs, the english version wins. Mostly because I can actually sing along in the english version :)

of course, I can imitate the japanese version, but I don't like to do that. No offense to japanese ;)

Wish Krillin was featured more in this intro. That parachute sequence was not enough. He's definitely noticeably absent during that bit with Master Roshi and the other fighters on those rock pillars. I don't care that this was the Piccolo Arc intro where Krillin's dead. He should still be in it. Otherwise, VERY good intro

@Saikex here's One Piece X Dragon Ball crossover for example.

1980- late 1990s anime was one of the most greatest golden ages of all time. My older cousins used to watch some anime when I was little. I'm glad I watch DB & some other 1990s anime in Toonami especially Bo(7x). Its too bad they're people who had either never heard of old animes or dislike classic animes cause they stinks + they think recent animes are better than old animes in their opinions. CN should show 1990s anime more often.

I miss the good old days where I waited for Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z to air for the day. Then I lost the ability to watch it, only to find out later that it was replaced by Adult Swim. Worst day of my life...

If something looks good then it looks good to them no matter what medium it's done in. What matters is the effort put into making the product. And by god Dragon Ball had some real effort put into it, especially back during the original Dragon Ball.

I think the dvd remastered version is going to look like this video in king guy saga and guy jr saga in season 4 season 5 of dragon ball but season 1 -3
