Yes and no. The reason I dislike bands that the mainstream appreciates is not because everyone likes them now. The reason I dislike bands that do this is because they change their sound specifically for that reason. Take All Time Low for example. They always have been a simple pop band. From The Party Scene to their latest release, there has been a steady decline in quality to appeal to the mainstream. The music itself is worse.

I love the song "Hollow Crown". No one ever mentions it. Sam has a really nice singing voice so that's why they're trying to show it in their newer material as well. Yeh, of course Early Grave is brilliant, but you can still hear it through your speakers or if you see them live.
