Ive installed the offroad hills map the same way you did

Ive copied the file in PC folder to the pc/map folder in the game added the lines , the game works fine, but i dont know where are these hills .

amm , in Liberty_green_beta1.0.txt is a link for download

BUT I cant find that IPL files there is only wpl and others ..
