I heard the original John Legend cover, but the first time I heard this I thought it was a new recording he made in his studio! This is really amazing! Congrats!

I like this cover a lot, though I will say I don't necessarily like it better or worse than his original cover. The purely vocal song he did had a very special feel to it, and it's really like listening to two much different songs when it comes to tone and meaning. I kind of wish there was a version about that didn't have the backup singers either, and just had John Legend singing alone, cause I think that'd still be quite awesome.

I gotta admit that at first I was skeptical because I liked the original instrumentals, but I just heard another version where John Legend's vocals was mixed with the original, and I definitely think that your backing tracks best fits with his vocals.
