I didn't come to this video to see how rainy it is in Ireland, or much alcohol your blokes managed to drink in the pub last weekend. This video almost seems like it deliberatly delays the cooking technique information. Thus, I dislike this video.

Don't you have to worry about the salmonella with the eggs in the sauce not being cooked?

@pcnerd37 Well the eggs are being cooked, just not scrambled, so you shouldn't have to worry about it. Now what tom drank near the end, yes it could contain salmonella. But, it also depends on where you get your eggs from. Factory farms where chickens run around in their own feces is where disease starts to become rampant. If you get your eggs from a good source like a local farm, the chances are small that the eggs will contain salmonella.
