  • Curious. I'm pretty familiar with all the steps except for the flouring process. When you put flour on your liver and then cook it, what does the flour do for the liver. I really want to learn this. Thank you, and nice tutorial by the way.

  • First, oil should NEVER smoke! Not only does the oil go bad but it also releases cancer causing toxins. Second, never cut into food to test it. No one wants to get a piece of meat that you've butchered. Third, you shouldn't overcrowd the pan or have pieces going up the side. You should have done one at a time.

  • you dont even need to marinate it, right out of the store just put flower salt and pepper over it and just fry the onions with it, it might not make a difference but i like it better with butter instead of oil
