I'm a Nikon guy, but not a Canon hater. They too make great gear. It's only as good as the hands that hold them. Nice work ! I too am an avid wildlife photographer, so my appreciation for these shoots is one of experience. Most people have no idea what it takes to get this caliber of photographic representation of wildlife. Kudos man nice work bro!

Nice shots- I'm thinking about getting this exact combination of lens and camera matter of fact! What shutter speeds do you find yourself using primarily?
@RoadNasty Hi,i shoot primarily in AV wide open at f/5.6 so the shutter speed depends on the amount of light available and because the lens has no IS built in i need all the light i can get and hence a decent shutter speed,for birds in flight with decent light i can easily hand hold the camera lens combo and get great results but for most shots i will be useing a tripod or beanbag,hope that helps!
I've been warned against this lens as it is slow,But im really wanting one what do you honestly think,Going off these shots it looks a top lens love every single one.
@sid6702 Before i purchased the lens i read all the reviews and if you can live without IS then its a great purchase i am have`ing a great time shooting with this lens (love it) but ultimately its your decision what lens you decide to go with.
