He is a japanese singer Yusuke Saeki! He composes songs for some japanese popular singers and of course for him self. He expressed his appreciation to his mother in the lyrics of this song:)

@ViciousCola That's prodigy songwriter Saeki Yuusuke. He wrote several of Nishino Kana's hit songs : Kono mama de, Flower, Tatoe donna ni and Kimitte. He also wrote songs for MayJ, BRIGHT and contributed a few songs to THE IDOLM@STER anime. In this video, he is singing his own stuff for the first time.
