Let me give you a 500 character lesson on how this works. Because of their protected class status, black people have been trained (for lack of a better word) to overreact to any potential racial slight because of the potential payout. Understandable the way the system is set up, although ethically questionable. White people should resist the urge to react in knee jerk fashion. They should put these issues in their proper perspective so as to not give more credence than what they deserve. Mmkay?
