I love that this song lyrically references a child virtuoso he'd rather not have to hear....from someone who worked in the musical instrument biz for yrs, I totally agree. THere are few things more trite, uninteresting & annoying as loser ass attention whore parents parading their little robot/monkees around and inflicting their live home movies on anyone within earshot. Thanks for verbalising this inannity Jason.
My plan of action for Jason: get out of LA, get a support slot on a US tour, then get a support slot on a European tour, then do a small headline tour across the major US cities, come back to Europe as a small headline in the UK and France, then you'll be a megastar, then it's time for a stadium world tour. Yes I know he's in his early 40s now but you wouldn't know. I'm dying to see him live but being in Ireland it's looking like it ain't gonna happen. He should support Paul McCartney sometime!
@GalacticCowboy Nice to see someone so fervant in their admiration for the guy. I feel the same about him and Eric Matthews. When the second album came out, I thought he would become huge. Don't know why it never happened. Record company let him down i guess. Just got his last album and as much as I admire his ability to play any instrument, in the hands of a great producer like Nigel Goodrich, the album would have been sonically tons better.

It's ashame that Jason Falkner doesn't (can't?) tour more and we're stuck with these crappy videos from record store appearances...

Is the same Jason Falkner from the early 90's band Jellyfish?

Yes it is.
Jason is currently recording a new album and we are hoping he will tour afterwards.

Why doesn't Jason have promo clips for all these great songs so everyone can enjoy?

I agree, it's almost criminal that this guy isn't more well known for his amazing songs.
