The ghost graphics aren't as good as the first. the first one was more realistic and this one isn't that good with the graphics which really matters with the game playing.

I know video games aren't celebration of originality. But I wish Nintendo would take some risks when it comes to their games too. Bring in some new characters and such. Zelda has been basicaly the same from Ocarina of Time, just introducing new gimick.

But I guess that's what the fans really want. Would just be fun to see some innovation from people who have such a great imagination.

@Arppis Thats always the dumbest comment I here from all these Nintendo haters. Majora's mask is vastly different from ocarina and any other zelda. Set in a new area, new villian, dark nature, no zelda or ganon and no master sword. Wind Waker felt very different with the art style and deeper sword fighting. Twilight Princess is really the only thing I can see people being somehwhat justified in the "same old shit" argument, but even then it was an excellent game.

You think I hate Nintendo? I don't. And yes Nintendo should move on a bit. They have been doing these same games for 20 years now. I just wish they could come up with something new and original. It's nothing offensive at fans of the series or to Nintendo. But it feels like they are just making the same games over and over again...

@Arppis Expecting Nintendo to abandon Mario and Zelda is just dumb. That would be like Microsoft abandoning Halo and Sony abandoning Uncharted. The games are critically acclaimed and generate a large amount of sales. I do agree that Nintendo should make some new IP's but so should Sony and Microsoft. All three companies suffer from sequel-itis but only Nintendo seems to get the hate. I think Luigi's Mansion 2 is a great addition since the first entry was unique and under appreciated.

New IP's are indeed the way they should go... That's what I mean, I propably said it bit wrongly up there, I don't expect them to just drop the series, but give Mario and Zelda some breather, not to just give up on them.

I think Nintendo needs it. Some fresh ideas on games too, not just on the hardware. Too bad the business doesn't allow much screw ups nowdays, so everyone is playing it on safe.

@Arppis I think Mario may need some room to breathe, but Zelda only gets a console release every 3-5 years. I still feel Luigi's mansion 2 is a step in the right direction since the first entry was very original and got released 10 years ago and I never thought I would see a sequel. I would also love an eternal darkness sequel since the insanity meter is one of the best and most original ideas in gaming. While I would love new ip's, I would also settle for much deserved sequels instead.

I found his judgment of nintendo incredbily biased and immature. He doesen't have to like Nintendo, thats alright since we all have different likes and dislikes. @Hellraiser589 I met Spoony the week of E3 2010, along with JewWario and Angry Joe outside a Subway restaurant near the L.A. Convention Center. I was happy to meet them and introduced myself. JewWario and Angry Joe were incredibly nice and gracious I've seen their work, but Spoony didn't care for my gratitude. There was just something about him that rubbed me the wrong way. You know how they say first impressions are everything?  I think he could've cared less I've seen his videos.

@Hellraiser589 Oh yeah... when they asked me what I liked best about the show (E3 2010), I said I was really excited about Skyward Sword, and Spoony rolled his eyes and said ITS THE SAME GAME OVER AND OVER, NOTHING NEW. TELL ME ONE GOOD THING ABOUT THAT GAME, and I said the Wii Motion Plus controls have given the game a more interactive feel so you feel part of the adventure, and he scoffed and was like ITS STILL THE SAME GAME SINCE LINK TO THE PAST.

I figured I would upload them later when people were no longer talking about it which will set up my video about what I think of Wii U. @wargun1000 The original Luigi's mansion was originally a tech demo for 3D uses of the gamecube. The gamecube had hardware inside it which could do 3D games, and a Glasses-less 3D screen was in development for the gamecube but the technology was still to early. So Nintendo thought "hey why not finally make a 3D luigi's mansion game now we have 3DS?" And your question about it not being on the original DS, well the DS was not really that powerful to create a "true" luigis mansion sequel.
