In Sanskrit the word Anahata - means unhurt, un-struck and unbeaten. Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound, the sound of the celestial realm.

It is described as being like a tiny flame that resided inside the heart.

Anahata is associated with the ability to make decisions outside of the realm of karma so that every decision is no longer conscious. They are made automatically from the place of Love, God's truth.

@seattle94 If you over act upon a chakra it might be overwhelmed and this is not the desirable effect. Keep a balance in your energy flow trough your body and start from the root up to the higher ones.

@DMTfabric yes that's right, but their often pronounced in different ways. I think lam, vam, ram... as lung, vung, rung... is more common
