@teamdoa Actually, Rodriguez got access to the score from the originals and was allowed to use it with Debney. It sounds practically the same, though Silvestri was preoccupied at the time of production with The A-Team at the time and couldn't do this project.

I Love this theme, one of the best of the film.

It seems some kind of ritual between Dutch and the Predator.

Dutch prepares his weapons and the predator makes his trophies, both preparing for the battle.

Predator is my favorite movie of all times, well ahead of more established classic fare. Silvestri really made a score for the ages here, which complements the movie perfectly. Dark, dramatic, and foreboding. Anyone here got the Blu-ray version of the movie? From reviews I can sense that the transfer is not that good. Any thoughts?
