Just because candidate A didn't revolutionize the country doesn't mean candidate B would have. I certainly do not think Obama changed this nation in any sort of significant, amazing way, but I still would have voted for him if I were old enough. I may be from a "naturally ignorant" demographic, but I'll bet I'm more knowledgable than many others who voted.
Obama should have ordered a new investigation of 9/11, should have ended the wars and abolish the so called "patriot act". He didnt ... There is no change!
Neither Republicans nor Democrats are ruling the country.
They believed his empty rhetoric, and he has continued all the policies of Bush. I really don't know what all the right wingers are upset about. Young people that volunteered ought to be upset that their hard work went to prop up the status quo instead of creating any meaningful change.
What happens is that these college kids, who are naturally ignorant about the real world to begin with, figure out that they need to actually make a living and pay taxes ... and it was this ignorant demographic that put this guy in the white house.
Obama-selling out American Values est. 2010. All these young people will start to change their votes when all the change & hope riff raff wears off, they get into the real world & the unemployment rate that went from 5% to 9.7% after Obama's "stimulus package". Vote Republican!
Its these goofball white liberals who voted for this nice negro. This is why the rednecks who call themselves republicans are winning. A nice negro will not fight its not in their nature. I notice black poverty is not outraging them, Obama makes them feel good even though he hasnt done shit.
god your a fucking idiot. did you miss that there was a huge financial crisis? millions of people had to give up their job. Do you think blacks are immune to being fired? Im glad McCain didn't win, because if he did all the young people without work would be risking their life in afghanistan for few dollars a month, while McCain would spent all the money hes making off of this ridiculous war
@jingis7395 I'm glad too. Now the Repub's won't be blamed for keeping blacks down.
And here's a little something to prove that this falls squarely on the shoulders of BH0
BTW Gallup 1/27/10 Pres. Approval - 48% Disapproval - 47%. And the Congressional Black Caucus response to this was... "0bama has not met his responsibilities in the minority community"
So don't take my word for it, take theirs.
BTW dumbfuck...How much $ is 0bama making sending 30,000 more troops to Afg? .
Those who voted for obama on the premise of his skin color are racist... hear me out. Martin Luther King Jr. said that he was working towards the day when his chidren were judged by the "content of their character opposed to the color of their skin." i will leave you with a question. for those who voted for obama just because of skin color opposed to the content of his character and his stances on issues, does that make them the true racists?
Moral of the story. So Barack Obama got elected and nothing of substance changed. All the same corrupt groups doing all of the same corrupt things. Great. Well, at least Wall Street got bailed out. the volunteers can put that twisted feather in their caps of achievement. Arent you Obama youth's proud?
This video is pretty reassuring. I'm the next oldest generation (Generation X) and I'm pretty optimistic about these newly politically active young adults.

Good News! AARP & the American Medical Assn have just announced that they're supporting the House health reform bill.
How dumb. Presidents don't go door to door changing peoples lives. Hahaha who is this chick? What waste all of these people are. OBAMA STAY STRONG MY BROTHA!!!!
Wow! good for you; your corrupt and empty and your bragging to people you don't even know, about false fulfillment. Your dreams must be lame; that's sad.
No, actually I'll will be in Asia. Not really unfulfilled.I lived there. Most of my friends live their now.More than likely I'll be there after I get my bachelor's.Not really an impossible goal.Though Americans like yourself tend to say these things.I think you have a defeatist attitude.I don't know how jumping ship makes me corrupt. I know the definition of corruption, but you seem to not know it.What I said really isn't an aspiration, but exactly what I'm doing. pursuing an international career.
Your first stuck up comment really bothered me, your polarized from the surface layer. Do you even know who issues u.s.a.'s money or how the monetary system works, do you know why there is inflation, do you know why mankind can't figure out proper operations for this planet. Do you daydream about material things. And you most likely don't know what's coming next. You are the majority and i'm not from america. Your stupid little life is going to come crashing down because of your apathy.
The federal reserve which is a quasi-gov't agency. Meaning its a private entity with gov't authority. I know how to figure inflation if I didn't know the equation for that. I wouldn't be graduating with an economics degree. I usually don't daydream about material things. If material things mean being able to see the world and interact with people from many walks of life. Then that is an aspiration, but hell I'm 21 its quite normal. How am I the majority? you don't really know me.
I'm not even apathetic to the current situation. The current situation is quite fucked up.If you read my message. YOu wil understand where I stand on the current economic system we use. YOu should watch Idiocracy because I think we are heading down that road if we don't kill ourselves within this century. I think you mistake someone having a position of knowing what the problems are, but are not in a position of power to enact a change in direction. All I can do is inspire others to be informed.

Here's an interesting stat for the "0bama youth"
Under the 0bama administration blacks between the ages of 16 and 24 have a 30.5% unemployment rate. The highest since the great depression.
In closing, I'm glad to see that the "0bama youth" got the representation they voted for, and deserve.

Do you see a pattern her, I do. That pattern is that there hasn't been a real president since JFK. They are all puppets.
