no, when RS2 came out JaGeX changed the amount of xp needed for level 10, so if you had an account from classic with 10hp it would have 9hp. But yes if you get caught macroing they would remove one of your hp levels, in like the first 9months of RSC

ok, its really easy to make a 10hp pure, just coast alot of money, to start off to get mage up is the easieast, u just cast spells like curse and confuse till u can high alch, then u just high alch, then to get range up u just buy a cannon, cuz they hit high damges like 25-30 and it all goes to range and u dont get any hp xp, and im not sure how to get the attack and str up other then like random genie lams, i saw a level 3 skiller with 85 slayer just from genie lams... haha, so ya if any1 knows
