This is 1 of my favorite songs, my mom went to sleep in 2008, but I think on Hebrews 12:1; "the Great Cloud of Witnesses". She is singing & praising God, & motivating me to continue in the Lord, even when the devil seeks to destroy me. I too, thank God for all the love, lessons, and many sacrifices she made, and it has made me into the wife, mother, friend, and Woman of God that I am today. my mother passed away in 2000 and i still cry cause there is nothing like your mother she will be there when no one else will it was hard when she passed. my best friend just passed also april 2011 it is hard but i ask God every day to help me through every thing cause the devil come at you all the time trying to keep your mind off of god hold on keep the faith and pray.

I lost my mom on August 26, 2001. I was an only child. It hurt so bad sometimes I felt like I did not have the strength to go on. I used to listen to this song all the time and it helped me past the pain. Over time, the hole in my heart has healed but her memory will forever be entrenched in my heart. I remember the last words that I said to her, "I'll see you later." It was so poetic, because one day she and I will have a reunion and never be seperated again. God bless you all.

My mom is a single parent and every time I look back I just realise what a big sacrifice she did. Yes, we went to school with holes in our shoes, but mama did the best she could. Every time I listen to this song, it makes me to even love my mama more. I'm really thankful to have a mother like her and my prayer to God is for Him to keep her for us so she can witness her seeds growing up. Thanks pastor Shirley, you are a blessing and may you stay blessed forever!

I'm young I'm 27 years old I remember listening to songs like this on Kalo 1250 growing in PORT ARTHUR TX IT BRINGS BACK MEMORIES THESE WERE THE TIMES SONGS LIKE THIS AND ALSO TEDDY BY THE JACKSON SOUTHERNAIRES
Thanks for your comment...It's coming up 2 years since the passing of my Mother. There has not gone a day that I ceased to remember her for all she has done for me.. She made a hugh sacrifice.. Her Manual was the Bible although she could not read or write. She used what she learn and encourage us to live by the Principles which I can proudly say "She was right"..Thanks for watching..and God Bless you and your family..
