  • 0:25 lol he points the camera up like if the car was gonna take off flying lmao

  • OZMMM!!!

  • He is gonna end up crashing that beauty.

  • time wasted going up could have been time going forward.... wheelie bars would be a plus

  • 0:25 cameraman doing a wheelie as well! Insane car.

  • pfftt who needs a wheelie bar..

  • Dear lordy!

  • first non-v8 wheelstand i've ever seen

  • rotors are powerful as hell itself.!!!! if you have three of them

  • Seen the fucking torque twist on that?

  • camera guy always fucks the vid up. Thumbs DOWN

  • Despite being a lightweight, doing that takes more torque than I thought any rotory had:-)

  • Faaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!

  • The camera man did a wheel stand at the same time with the damn camera he was so excited, lol.

  • Comment removed

  • Too much torque, time for a v8 so you dont twist your chassis :)

  • who says rotaries dont have torque?

  • @L00kovathere Ive never heard that in my life

  • @L00kovathere they have no down low torque... but the funny thing is who races down low rpm... :p launch that bitch at full revs and get that torque up haha....

  • @L00kovathere definetly 302 swapped!

  • looks a little lop sided to the right

  • @FINDaCHANNEL it is due to the drivers weight, they need to tighten the right side suspension if they want a clean run, and maybe put wheelie bars on it

  • Lol and muscle heads thought imports couldn't wheelie...

  • THAT THING IS A POGO STICK!!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

  • sounds turbocharged ^^

  • rotarys sound like shit

  • @cskater18 hahahhahahha omg, you're so funny, i almost took you seriously for a second

  • @Kawasakiforlife7 k...fag

  • @cskater18 sorry, i just know your type. you don't actually 1) Know how to spell ROTARIES, and 2) drive your moms honda

  • @Kawasakiforlife7 I drive a 2000 Mustang GT, that will kill your rotary. Thanks for the comments cuntbag.

  • @cskater18 oh really? i have a 1970 Monte Carlo that will kill your GT, Thanks for the comments cuntbag. ;)

  • @Kawasakiforlife7 I'd love to take you up on that

  • @cskater18 HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA! i saw your ONE video. its a *CLEARLY* stock silver 2000 mustang GT convertible. slow, and a girls car

  • @Kawasakiforlife7 All that coming from the guy with a monte carlo...

  • @cskater18 yes, putting down around 375 horse at the moment. but not really just a guy with a monte carlo. a MECHANIC with a monte carlo, a mustang, a dakota, a rx7, and a grand marquis

  • @cskater18 hahhaha you do know late 90s-early 2000s mustangs are the ones people make fun of because they are the slowest of ALL mustang years. and i know for a fact classic muscle will rip apart a 2000 GT. i love mustangs. but i know their limitations. and i know 2000 GTs suck ass

  • I thought two mopeds were racing.hahahah

  • thats not normal

  • wheelie bars would get a better time out of this bad boy

  • awesome!!!!

  • Dear santa.. Xd

  • IM LOOKING FOR A RX-7 MY SELF IN ANY ONE CLOSE TO TACOMA IS SELLIN ONE HIT ME UP PLZ

  • Jesus fucking christ. NIIIIIIICE

  • lifts off the ground and still runs a 10.0

  • I just realized how ridiculously fast the AMS GTR is. Runs faster times than this in a street-able car

  • @mekadodo the gtr skyline u talking about,if so go on youtube peter laquis 20b rx7 vs edoes r35 skyline, and, see the rx7 is a street car 700hp on pump gas ,and tell me what u think.

  • look good, how much hp that 13b is doing

  • Do you think he'd run 8's if he used all four wheels?

  • reminds me of when i was a kid going to the drag strip with my dad and his 62 impala...ten years old camcording in the bleachers! ha

  • reminds me of when i was a kid going to the drag strip with my dad and his 62 impala...ten years old camcording in the bleachers! ha

  • Lo de rapido y furioso!!!!!!

  • Dont you love it when people say..".Rotary engines dont have any TORQUE!" WTF...are ya stupid?

  • seriously thats not a wild wheelstand... look up camaro wheelie and find the 8sec video

  • @OdinTheTrueGodOfWar its not all about the actual wheelie its more so the rotary pure power... no motor like it

  • Makes me want to go to Cordova!! Cant wait! WOO HOO!

  • fully of sick!

  • That's sick!

  • That's sick!

  • fucking yeah

  • Rotary is about bang for the buck and simplicity and in most cases rotor heads just love them. For those who dont want to spend money on valve springs, and cams, and rockers or rods. Rotary is about a third of the cost in the engine department probably in build time too. If you can win with less then why not? and who gives a shit what it sounds like if it gets down the track faster than the next guy.

  • @WZW1982 I honestly can't stand the inefficient sound of a V8.

  • @madjimms i thought v8s were more efficient then rotaries but i do love the sound of a pp or a bp.

  • @watchforfinger Yes, efficient in fuel consumption. But when it comes to power to weight, the rotary makes way more power for its size & displacement.

  • @madjimms gotcha thanks.

  • @madjimms displacement, yes

    weight, no

an (N/A) LSx V8 will weigh less, more power/kg... less power/litre though. not that that matter in the slightest.

  • @flinchey a rotary engine weighs MUCH less than any normal piston engine....

  • @madjimms no it doesn't, learn to google

it's not the light weight of the rotary that makes it favourable for handling, it's the fact that it's so compact it sits behind the front axle, drawing back the weight more, a decent modern V8 will weigh less (also take into account the lack of intercooler piping and turbos and intercooler) and be also compact enough to ALMOST be situated the same for weight distribution.

  • @madjimms NO DUH!! srry i had to say that its a 1.3

  • @sk843v3rr Motor with WAY less liters, less HP & less weight kicking V8 ass.....

  • @madjimms yeah it will trust me especially twin turbo -.-

  • @madjimms Seriously? I would look into that statement.......

  • @madjimms The rotary engine is not very lightweight, it´s quite heavy, One of the many benefits is compact design that gives you low center of gravity and plenty of space under the hood. :)

  • @ZoDDyXXX A rotary engine is roughly a 1/3rd the weight of an I4...

  • @madjimms Are you sure? Mine N/A is easy over 100kg. Full Installed weight lot´s more! To compare it to an old, all iron Volvo B20 approx 150kg. A modern 4 cyl all aluminium (depending on it´s factory power output) between 70-130kg. The old VW boxer engine weight is in the 70-80kg. The rotary 13B bare block dry weight is around 170 pounds (77.3kg) Its easy to be fooled of it´s very compact design, it´s not very light. Correct me if i´m wrong. I also used Google to confirm my information.

  • @ZoDDyXXX 13B completely stripped short-block will weigh around 220lb pallet-ed. A complete long-block minus a/c, p/s, and clutch, will usually weigh 350-400 palleted depending on year and model.

  • @madjimms you mean wankel?

  • @Baios7 Rotary engine is just another name for Wankel.

  • @madjimms Didnt know that but it makes sense since its working hith rotor =)

  • @madjimms less moving parts also

  • @madjimms with far fewer moving parts..

  • @munkymania i think you're forgetting that rotaries also have apex seals to add to the complication.... if you don't know, when apex seals fail, it's the equivalent of throwing a rod.

  • @madjimms

    450~lb's for a 13bREW.

    415lb's for the LS3 V8

(just google it, it's the first page of results)

LS1 apparently weighs under 400lb's (little more with cast iron stock headers and stuff, but what kinda noob does that now?)

much less huh? and when we're going to talk power:weight ratio, the LS3 kicks the 13bREW's ass... apology time now?

  • @flinchey Being an American built engine adds 100hp right? *facepalm*

  • @madjimms being a 800hp N/A with cams exhaust tune and OTR is lower than a fully worked 13b turbo at 600hp that will need rebuilts constantly so it doesn't eat apex seals right? look more 500hp tops for reliability, if that.

need a 20b for a reliable 800hp and even then it weighs too much... blow (force in any way really) an ls* and you'll have ridiculous acceleration power and reliability, linear powercurve up to 1000hp no worries.

don't get me wrong though, i LOVE the brap brap :)

  • @flinchey If you dislike rotaries, why did you come here in the first place?

  • @VicTheMazdaFan1993 where did i ever say i disliked rotaries? i LOVE rotaries, one of the best sounding engines ever, and to a point they perform well too (super high revving and all).. just they're neither light weight OR high powered, or particularly reliable. they're just small, so sit further back in the engine bay.

  • @flinchey Ahh, my bad

  • @flinchey rotaries will only eat apex seals if your a moron and put shit seals in a drag car...

  • @madjimms Not really it weighs just as much as a GM LS1

  • @wsimpson86 Uggh, another LS1 fanboy...

  • @madjimms I'm a fan of a lot of engines.

  • @wsimpson86 I don't like high CC engines, too much bulk not enough efficiency (although the Wankel isn't efficient as far as MPG)

  • @wsimpson86 Do some research, you will see taht a LS1 is about 400pounds, engine only, and a 13B is about 250pounds...

  • @Theeffc3s I did do research thats how I know a 13B weighs about 388 lbs, and LS1 weighs 390. These are factory numbers. Look in the sales brochure for a 93 Rx-7.

  • @wsimpson86 So why I can hold a 13B in my hands?

  • @flinchey actually rotary engines are lighter than piston ones, not only that but they are also more stable as they dont vibrate as much, but even though their compact their thirstier than piston engines and the worst thing about them is if they break dwon, im not saying their unreliable but there's a completely different problem, if it breaks down you can just get any mechanic to fix it as their extremely complicated, instead you'll have to buy a brand new engine for atleast 15k

  • @TheRguru1 the 13b weighs more than an LS1/2/3 V8. they're smaller, not lighter.

they're not complicated to fix, it's just apex seals. the thing with the 'breakdown' is it's the seals DESTROYING the rotors.. it's like rebuilding a piston engine, except a rotary rebuild costs about 1/4 that of a piston motor.

and you can get a 13b-REW (rx-7 motor) for a couple of grand, no worse than any other high performance car.

  • @flinchey What the hell are you on about? A 13b weighs about 388lb with all accessories on it. Try find me a LS v8 that weighs less that that

  • @flinchey a fully dressed 13b-rew with the twins weights at about as much as a ls1... a single turbo conversion without all the extra stuff from the twins puts the engine down at least 50lbs...

  • @madjimms specialy the inefficient sound of a 720hp 2400cc formula 1 engine.. retard.

  • TRAILER BURNOUT WITH A DIFFERENCE SHOULD BE YOUR NEXT VIDEO TO WATCH ON HERE!

  • nothing better than a rotary

  • I remember when he used to drive it on the street was loud as fuck

  • Top Fuelers not included! You cant even put them in the same catergory as any other so eat a dick! Good day sir!

  • Find something better to do then bash on rotary videos! Im a rotary lover, have owned two beautiful ones. I dont hate v8s but i dont go giving um shit especially when they're this quick .It doesn't matter how the fuck they got that motor to go that quick! Dont be hating ya maggot!

  • @vitamincracing run the high amounts of boost these babies do on your v8s and tell me how they go! Fuck off faggot!

  • A little stiffer Right rear spring rate might help that launch a little. Body looks like it is tweaking pretty hard too.

  • @YogiTheFatGuy the car was set up that way and was weighted to launch like that :)

  • @xfe10n Mate pretty sure you should get your facts straight before commenting on other peoples posts that actually know what they're talking about! Yogi was talking about stiffening up the right hand side to stop the car tweaking over and favouring that side from the torque transfer, causing the car to launch crooked and head towards the right-hand side of the track. Nobody "weights" the car to launch wheels-up, its a waste of time, he just needs a set of wheelie bars, simple as that.

  • I damn hate the people who only know to say "v8"... Wtf ? If you think v8 is a real motor do some research lol !

  • @Engelados Honestly I think when people drop V8's its just a waste, takes no skills to build just money & a big engine. It takes MUCH more skill to squeeze out good HP on a small motor.

  • @madjimms LOL wheres the skill in putting a big turbo on a little motor and throwing boost at it until it blows? Honestly, I love rotarys and v8s alike but lets face it, rotarys have more oil downs and breakages on the track than top fuelers do.

  • @vitamincracing New rotary engines don't have the same oil burning problems & are built very tough.

  • @vitamincracing look up 787b and you tell me about rotary reliability. So reliable they arent allowed in 24 hour races anymore.

  • @Engelados atleast they dont sound like pissed off bumble bees

  • @07gmclover its because they dont need 5.000.000.000cc to make 300hp

    1.300cc - 280bhp.....now thats some serious shit !

  • i want to see it blow the doors off a V8 swapped 7

  • rotor's fukin suck, get a real fukin motor

  • im pretty sure after this run was told not to come back without wheely bars lol but then sadly crashed it not much later on

  • fuuckk.

  • aint no other motor like a rotor!

  • once you go braap you never go back!

  • @KidsAtWar Wankel engine have expiration date if u know what i mean ...

  • Yes!!! Awesome!

  • Got torque? far out ...

  • fail?

  • wow she likes to bring the front tires up easy, nice views man
