  • i couldnt help but get turned on by this

  • This is a great video! Please incorporate more temple pose (and variations) into your longer vinyasa sequences :)

  • Thank You Sadie! As a Martial Artist, I must say, You Are a Great Teacher! Namaste :)

  • Sadie, I absolutely love this sequence. I'm new to yoga, but I recently got diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and I'm trying to stay moving since I'm not allowed to dance anymore. Do you have any suggestions of which of your sequences would provide the most pain relief? Keep it up, I love what you do!!!

    Jaime

  • Hi Sadie! . <3 Do you have a yoga sequence that slims down the calves. Thanks for sharing your fantastic videos. =)

  • is it okay if I have a boner?

  • YOU ARE SO PRETTY AND IT IS A BIG HELP FOR MAKING PROGRESS IN YOGA

  • wow that was the coolest leg workout EVER! thank you! FAVE!

  • @AmericanPowerBase

    for now maybe :)

  • Temple is just like horse stance in kung fu (sumo stance in karate), same principles too. I see more similarities between kung fu and yoga all the time (I practice both). I guess it adds weight to the idea that kung fu has it's roots in yoga - according to the Bodhidharma story anyways!

  • @Crudshifter ..some yogis even call it horse posture actually. :)

  • yay free yoga! thanks for the videos

  • you look so powerful.

  • Wonderful! Really helps in between classes.Could feel the outside edge of my lower calves more than anything else...am I doing something wrong?

  • Oh God, I didn't thought that will be soo good :D thanks so much :->

  • Nice Vids. Cool energy! Peace

  • Hey I love your yoga videos but i was wondering if you could do like a sort of everyday yoga routine for not too skilled yoga people (like me :S) that kind of covers everything, just as a way of keeping in shape? You may already have one that i've missed i just really have no idea where to start or how to create my own and would really like an everyday routine that i can use to keep everything toned.

  • A variation of your temple position i think you called it the position with the wide open knees position is move onto your toes by pushing your heels outwards.

  • Hey Sadie,

wow! i can feel the burn. I was wondering how long would you do this until you see results? Thank you

  • love this video

  • oooo could feel that burning. I like that burn as you know its working. lol

  • this one is my favorite :)

  • its harder for me becoz i have big things

  • The temple pose rocks! Rocks my world ^_^ I'd like more of that, somehow :-)

Thanks Sadie :-) Love it! :-)

  • this is a good sculpting pose but i want to know that how many times should i repeat this exercise in a workout???????

  • I did this for the first time and I could definately feel the burn, especially when u pick the heels. I would like to know if you have published any books or dvd's? By the way, Im gonna do this regularly two times a day. :) Thankyou!

  • LOVE IT!!! You're the bomb, Sadie!

  • would hip opening yoga make the hip wider? What does it do to my physical health?

  • Sadie,

I was searching for tips on teaching asanas and vinyasas to one student in my beginner yoga class who needs a chair. After watching some of your videos, I feel more confident that almost everything that the others in class are doing, my chair student can also do. By standing in front of or straddling the chair (in pyramid for example), the student can sit whenever they need to without worrying about losing balance.

    Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

    Appreciatively,

    Eva Dametto

  • Hi Eva,

I'm glad you found this, and your chair student can be rocking along with everyone else! Thanks for letting me know!

  • Ohmygosh, this was the most amazing exercise I've ever done. I could feel the calories burning away! Thanks so much :)

  • Thanks! Glad you felt the burn:)

    Sadie

  • Wow. I can feel my legs burning. I couldn't really balance the first time i tried this :'D

Anyways, its a great pose :)

  • I know--it gets better over time, and so does the balance. Keep up the good work!

    Sadie

  • @AngelRuxii lol, this is a warm up, its not an exercise.

  • thx for this, it feels very good :)

Will keep checking your videos :D

  • used to do ballet a while back and was looking for an individual way to get back into strength, flexibility and self-discipline. this set is awesome! i can also feel my posture getting better and my shoulders going back where they used to (and should) be!

  • thanks so much! it's not only for sculpting your lower body but also tightening your arms and back, burning at the moment!

  • You're so welcome. Feel the burn, baby!

    Sadie

  • i love yoga, and i really lost weight doing it!

  • Right on--I'm glad you're showing it's possible.

    xoSadie

  • Excellent! For those who don't like sitting on the floor while exercising, this is a great set of yoga practices. Thank you for posting this!

    xoSadie

  • This was an awesome set. You can really feel it and staying on your toes keeps you.... well, on your toes.lol I was laughing through it trying to stay up. lol Very fun and great vid.

  • She has a video called "Chair Yoga Transformer!". It's actually in the Related Videos list of this video.

  • You have given me a new meaning to yoga. I've always been flexible but something about the normal yoga made me not want to practise it to perfection (perhaps a little bit boring?) Core strength is amazing! Somehow I manage to follow the sequence and day by day I can see an imrpovement in my strength and I feel so much more energized! You're gifted and deciplined, and I appreciate you sharing with us on how to utilise our body in ways we never thought of doing before! Thank you and keep it up!

  • You're welcome. I created this style because I wanted not to be bored while doing yoga. I'm glad you're not!

    Keep it up!!

    xoxoSadie
