Battle Rollar is the Convoy's best friend :) he can transform into anything he needs! a jetpack, a gun, what could he be? could he also be Targetmaster?

In vehicle mode, can he also fits with mobile base like normal Roller does?

Yep! You have to pull out the little piece that Rollar attaches to, further than you would on Classics Prime/Magnus normally, so Rollar does stick out the back quite a bit, but it is technically possible to combine the two.
