Start with a better bicycle. Cantilever brakes are hard to adjust. These electric bike engines are getting better every year.

hi.. i got that same kit of ebay..but ever since i got it i have had nothing but problems. it keeps cutting out.. i brought it in to the shop, and spent over 200 dollars altogether tring to get this

put the controller box where it can be cool, not in the battery bag, there is a thermal cut-out device which prevents overloading built inside it, thats your problem.

problem fixed.. got a new charger.. got them to rewire it.. and still.. its cutting out.. i was thinking it might be the controls.. but i don't want to go spend more money on parts and it still not work.. if you think you might know whats wrong with my bike.. please get back to me..thanx for your time..

How powerful is your motor and battery? The volts and the watts please? I know the motor weighs around 5 kg, right? How much is the weight of the rest? Where do you live? How much did you have to pay in taxes? How well does it climb and how long does a ride last? Thanks.

battery is LiFePo4 very powerful, voltage is 48V, 1200W, battery weight 7kg, if you ask the shipper put lower price you will not need to pay tax at all, is a very good kit, range 20km, top speed 75km/h
