the garnier thing is amazing. use it as a base for your concealer, then put on your favorite under eye concealer, it makes a huggee difference! i've been doing that for about a year now

I've never tried that particular argan oil brand which you show (but I have seen it at ulta). However, I use the morrocan argan oil from organix, which you can find at target. argan oils tend to be a bit on the expensive side, but that one works great and is a pretty good deal as well , in case you're ever looking to find a pocket friendly alternative. :]
