  • Also, Obama's plan is to raise taxes on the job producers in order to increase their employees' income...who is going to absorb the cost of that...the numbers don't add up and business expenses are passed on to consumers

McCain understands that what is good for business is ultimately good for America...more jobs, more consumption/purchasing power, more opportunity, more growth. Balance the budget by making hard decisions...just like in a responsibly run household.

  • Character does matter...who talks it vs. who walks it...

McCain: had the opportunity to get out of the POW camp by being used politically because of his Father's position...denied it.

Obama: had the opportunity to stick to his word on public financing...but didn't

    Charitable contributions in 2007:

McCain = 18% (just John...not counting Cindy who generally matches his at least)

    Obama = 6.1% (combined...highest on record since 2000 with a low of 0.4% in 2002

  • i support obama cuz i want more taxes, less security, more welfare, free healthcare, i can sleep all day, watch talk shows and let rich and middle class people pay for my booze and cigerettes, chaos in the streets, more taco stands in my county, 10.00 gas prices=fukit , i dont drive, and Im black, so he won't hate me..hahahaha...

  • hahaahahahahaah nice one i wasn't with you until the end, this election was horrible especially with the young people, they just like the fact he was black and he had a good catch phrase. no one i asked understood the basics of politics, let alone the voting system

  • A few of the reasons I support Obama 1 Emergency energy rebate check for $1000. 2 Against Iraq 3 Elderly earning under $50g no more taxes 4 Friend of the LGBT community 5 Fights for veterans rights 6 Pro-Choice 7 New Energy Plan for America that will create new jobs and free us from mideast oil in 10 yrs 8 Middle class tax breaks 9 Universal Health Care 10 BARACK ROCKS!!!!!! OBAMA 08'

  • im sure you're aware that mccain graduated at the BOTTOM 1% of his class. (bottom 0.54% to be exact) He was the 5th to the bottom of his class of nearly 800. he crashed 5 planes. my brother was also at the naval academy and the avg planes crashed by officers is near 0. mccain is the real affirmative action candidate because his dad and granddad were admirals. Obama graduated Harvard Law with Honors, Magna Cum Laude. I dont want another stupid president.

  • How someone did in school does not necessarily mean that will not do well in a certain position (many factors play a role). If so, then that would cancel out a good majority of people from alot of positions. However crfo9, if you have did your research on all candidates and you have narrowed down your answer based on the FACTS you have found then you are an INFORMED voter. Kudos to you.

  • 6 Obama wants to empower us. A lot of people say that his speeches are empty, but they are far from that. His words are full of encouragement, and in a country diseased with apathy, this is what we need.

7 McCain insults Obama by calling him a celebrity in the ranks of Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. It's a poor attempt because isn't it time we focused on the president rather then the teenie boppers, lol. Obama caused people to come back to politics. Obama has made people care again.

  • frankly, it does go into my calculation of choosing a president. we just had a president who was born on 3rd base and thought he hit a triple. mccain was a carpet bagger who began his congressional career on his wife's fortune after divorcing his 1st crippled wife. character permeates all decisions. it matters.

  • How can you not know what each side stands for unless your voting for McCain. Well, because if you're voting for McCain you must be clueless. LOL. OBAMA '08

  • Ambermoonchild thanks for your opinion. Can you enlighten us on why you are voting for Mr. Obama and why not Mr. McCain? Your answer might help someone to become an INFORMED voter. Thank you.

  • Too many reasons to post :)

1 Obama was against the war to start with

2 Obama has an energy plan which will not only give us immediate relief (like McCain's) but his major concern is alternative energies.

3 McCain has forgotten what the surge was 4 times.

4 No matter what they throw at him, Obama doesn't even flinch. He always keeps his cool.

5 Obama wants the white house to be more transparent. He wants to create a 21st century version of the fireside chats.

  • Also, I want to just point out that people around the globe are for Obama. I have not heard anyone from a foreign country praise McCain. I want to be proud to be an American again. Where ever Obama goes people love him. I want Obama to represent us.

    OBAMA '08

  • I know where the candidates stand and I am voting for Barack Obama. I hope that you learn the facts and join our movement for change, the voices of millions can't be silenced, OUR TIME IS NOW! OBAMA 08'

  • Thank you Mr. Jonathonbaker1234jon for being an INFORMED voter. Care to share a few reasons as to why Mr. Obama has your vote and why Mr. McCain doesn't? Your voice can help someone to become an INFORMED voter. Thanks.

  • I take it your voting Hillary Clinton.

Just put her name on the ballot.

    YOU SEXIST

  • LOL. You are hilarious. I have to laugh to keep from shaking my head in digust at the conclusion you came to, if you think that you can call someone a SEXIST from a video such as this. Amazing.
