without any modifications ?? 100% fake sorry but I have the same car mate and I really like to push in my acceleration pedal :) three first gears without any modifications behave really good, fourth is the weakest there tbh and max which you will get is 100 m/h (160 km/h). It is possible but you or someone before you had to change a lot in gearbox. Which I think makes your acceleration v pooooooor :)

I have a 1.8T passat with a frankenturbo setup. 280HP and 320TQ feels like A LOT MORE in a VW than any other car.

It´s chipped to about 200hp with delimitation of torque =)
If u got a 1.8 20V Turbo u got to chip it !
