@Rogond09 The OS is cl.LK OS EX RK. Because cl.LK is NOT special-cancelable, you can input it as if you were doing cl.LK xx EX RK. If the cl.LK makes contact, nothing happens because it cannot be canceled into a Special. However, if the cl.LK whiffs, since there is no hit stop (due to making contact), it recovers quicker and the EX RK will come out.

I main blanka and cody. This is why I think the new AE blanka nerfs are ridiculous. Blanka being punished for landing a blanka roll is what prevents him from becoming a top tier. So many characters like Sim and Cammy can punish him all day for simply using 3/4th of his moves (all his roll attacks).

However, this does exemplify the average blanka players to the ones who've mastered him. Add me in XBOX live if you want to fight a decent blanka or cody:

Just because he can punish the ball in so many ways, doesn't make the match lopsided. People can punish Psycho Crusher all day long, doesn't mean he HAS to use it. Most Blankas I know don't depend on ball for everything.

Blanka, grab, lightning + hop mixup, grab, U1 50-50 setup for chip or clutch. Punish obvious moves with blanka ball or sweep. Slide under fireballs.
