I like your approach! I need more RESEARCH! My pal, a business writer, is helping me out. He suggested I talk to the resort I want to do business with first. This seemed unprofessional to me but with the resort's input & more research I know I can produce a great feasibility study and a business proposal and hammer out the details (lease etc) in final meetings. I'm going to start talking to the resort soon!
After I watch all of your vids and do more research on and offline!
@hemphavenhooligan99 Don't invest much money in new ventures. Just invest time. Most businesses don't work despite what teachers tell you about planning and vision etc...so you must start many businesses with little money and the one that works (profit!!), THEN put some money into it, but always have savings for emergencies! I've done 5 businesses and really only 1 made money. But I think YouTube is a good starting point for online sales.
