resets is a term used in most fighting games with long combo strings. a reset is a technique or move a player does that ends the combo but confuses the opponent so that the player can continue a completely new string or set of combos. like a mixup or something.

sure. it's when you could have continued the combo but chose to "reset" it in a particular fashion. The more hits you do in a combo, the less each subsequent hit does. So people go for resets.

That's not true. :) Part of the point of MSP is that both Magnus and Storm individually can destroy a team if played well. Even I have comebacks against good players with just my scrubby Magnus after Psylocke dies. :)

Heck, some of the Magnus combos with typhoon are more fun than some of the Psylocke combos. :)
