  • this old guy is fucking stupid, USAA is the BEST.

  • What an idiot! First of all he wanted to use that body shop because he had work done there before. Second all insurance companies prefer to use used or aftermarket parts. There is nothing wrong with used body parts. They are removed from a car very similar to the one they are going on and are about the same age.

  • I smell bullshit. You can't read what your going to sign and legally be bound to. Sounds like idiocy at its finest.

  • USAA Sucks , They make changes to your bill then they charge you for their mistake. They are unfair and they need to be investigated, but like the world over companies like USAA will never be held accountable for their actions Until someone gets hurt My advice drop USAA and get someone better and if you find one let me know..

  • Just a note from a guy who has been with USAA since 1965.

All I can say is that they are the best overall company I have used this lifetime.

My experience is that they give you immediate response to any question or problem.

  • @ljsev2004

You're lucky at least you speak to someone who's not sitting on their Brain Stem!

  • This video is an ad from an insurance re seller not an insurance company - every insurance compnay has issues - i have been with State Farm, Geico and USAA - All had positives and negatives - State Farm dropped me when I got a ticket Geico made me keep full coverage on a vehicle that was in storage - USAA so far has been very good no issues - I dont push any of them but this is nothing more than a commercial.

  • "I signed something but I don't know what I signed"... Read what you sign!

  • What a retard. I signed "something" I dont know what it was. This old man brought this on himself.

  • usaa sucks they are the worst company to work for and the worst company to have

  • Most use recond. parts. i.e. a bumper cover from another 2005 buick to replace the damaged bumper cover you have (Keystone). It's defect free and primered/painted to match. If you wanted new parts you should've told them and it would've cost a little to a lot more out of YOUR pocket. If the recond. part wasn't available then the new one would be at no extra charge. That is the way the cookie crumbles for everyone. (I am not a supporter or advocate for any insurance/business just stating facts)

  • it seems to me that they didn't have a clue on what was going on at all... good business is reading something before you sign--- a person always has the right to choose there own body and just like this shop that was used the appraisal has to be approved before work is done--- it was their vehicle ultimatly it is their responsibility to know what is being done--- the problem was not USAA but the shop.

  • 1st of all you took a part of the video out at 38secs. 2nd of all the USAA told them they had a preferred shop and he said he had been there before, so he selected to go. Lastly if he had a 2005 Buick why would you put an OEM part on it...It should be aftermarket...I mean he parts are used anyways...Its been over two years. I wonder if USAA know about this video.....HMMMM
