this review is a mess. you basically bash the game all the way through to convince everyone your argument stronger while not giving the game's story or gameplay any positive representation. that's the classic straw man fallacy my friend. this is just awful.

@Tollhouse0007 The point of this video isn't to give MGS4 a "fair" review. If it's praise for MGS4 you want, you can find plenty of that around the internet. And if I take it as a game in itself, I'd say it's a brilliant game. It's way better than most, if not all PS3 titles, that's for sure. But it's not on the same high quality level of writing as the previous installations. Like I said in the review, "it's not a bad game by any means... but compared to the rest of the saga, it just sucks."

So in summary... MGS4 catered to the fools who couldn't appreciate MGS2 or just didn't like stealth and made their complaints loud and clear that they wanted action approaches too. Also multiplayer! Multiplayer needs lots of guns! Well, it is still Kojima's fault for listening to them and providing unnecessary answers they wanted... but really, everyone's to blame here! Reviewers, fanboy newcomers, Everyone!!!!
