I put a twist on your burger, I made the jalapeno poppers and they were awesome. Instead of putting the poppers on the burger or making the relish I cut up one jalapeno pepper diced one half and then diced a stripe of bacon and with beef made a ball split it in half put cream cheese in the middle and put the beef back together and formed a pattie. I cooked it to medium well. I put one maybe two slices of cheeses and stuck it between bread. It was heaven. You inspire me Average Betty :)
