Saw the band in Newcastle 5th october. Say what you like but i had a great night out . These songs are just too good not to be played . The guys did a fantastic job.

It pains me to make a critical response, but it needs to be said that Mark cannot and will never be replaced. He is truly a living legend, and for that we should be thankful. Alan, Chris, and Phil - I am at pains to empathise with you, because I like many other fans would love a reunion, but this new front man may have his own character, but it cant compare to MK, and its tosh!!I'm afraid to say so, but why isn't Phil playing lead, he is so obviously a better front lead guitar. I wish well!

pathetic, just pathetic and disgusting really, and please stop writing Dire Straits in the description -this is just another DS tribute band playing Knopfler's songs not DS band as Mark Knopfler wasn't there!!

@ekstradycja True enough, not all of the original members were there, but the 'tribute' band is made up of former members. I have changed the description and title so that it does not give any false expectations.
