Hi. I`m an amateur unicyclist and i would like to know how much kilos should a street unicycle have. I`m interested with a QU-AX Muni 20" which has around 6 kilos...i that ideal weight for the street uni?

@TimothyCapri weight is not the most important thing. sure, we all want a nice light uni, but it does not change learning too much. just ride whatever you can, and be happy.

@opticalmarvel Assuming you can do 180 spins, just think "jump higher, spin faster". Its also useful to learn 3spin jump mounts so you will be confident in the landing. Also you def want your front(spinning) hand pretty much in the middle of the seat, not the front like most people would figure while learning this trick.

Infront of you, you dont sit on your nuts you sit on your ass. for most riding you arnt even sitting at all, your weight should be on the pedals.

@haberflave im 99% sure ur weight should b on the seat bro exept when doing tricks jumps etc because u have more balance when all weight is on the seat or at least thats what ive been told by loads of people and ive learned that way 2and it works

@darkspark56 your weight shouldnt be in just one or the other place. its both. to much on the pedals makes it hard to move, to much on the seat makes it hard to stay up. Either way the comment was made on a video full of tricks, and for tricks your weight is on the pedals almost completely and almost all of the the time.

what crank and seat post do you have?

the cranks are 137mm KH Moments that I had custom drilled, except for the intro and a couple of other clips where I am riding K1 Street cranks. The post is a Pit Fighter II.

I am now back to using the K1 street cranks, as well as back to using a CrMO post.

Great video. I really liked the idea at the end with the lighted doorway thing. Ive seen it done before with a skate vid but yours was more vibrant.
