What is so incredible about Abba?-They, a Swedish group entered "Eurovision" singing about British History in English and then took the World by storm singing in English. 1) Would they have been so successful singing in Swedish, and unknown. 2) Where the hell were the British composers? Abbas songs take universally accepted chord structures (of which this is a classic) 1-4-5 + relative major & minors. All music-whatever the genre-is based upon this from the earliest Hymns thro Elton to Eminem.

The visual and audio are well-matched...the video picture quality is superb! I just love ABBA, I remember when this song was released, chilling sad song taken from the album the first ten years. This was the end of ABBA just after the single Under Attack. There was an album planned, but i think they gave up on the idea and just stuck to a greatest hit album.

Why did ABBA not reform after their January 1986 appearance? Benny and Bjorn thought that ABBA were not popular anymore, how wrong were they! Even today they should reform for a one off appearance, people don't expect them to jump around the stage like they used to, just seeing them back together for one final time would be enough to satisfy the vast majority of fans.

Despite their undoubted popularity I still get the impression they were one of the most underestimated bands of all time. To me they are the perfect band, they have everything, but it couldn't have worked if the girls would have had average voices. Anna and Frida can really sing..beautifully! Anna and Frida asounding beauty and sexiness is still the icing on the cake. I do not believe we will ever again witness a band with the same ability to reach and touch you on the deepest human level.
