Procedures like injections, cannula and urine catheters introduce bugs. The doctors and nurses do clean skin well. Alchol on its own is not useful, need chlorhexidine+alcohol.
My family and my wife's family have seen too many deaths with MRSA here in the UK. The badge is a brilliant application of common sense congratulations. We have a serious problem in the UK with basic hygene in our NHS hospitals. Urine stains remained present under my Father's bed In hospital for 3 days, they were there when he arrived. Our problem is due to contracted in cleaners rather than inhouse cleaners as used to be the case
