It's a very pleasant, intelligent, amusing and wholehearted tribute to the King of Rock'n Roll, he's having fun and he is fun to sing along with, not making fun of Elvis at all! The irony lies in the smart way the lyrics stress the word 'Copycat' in the chorus.
