Ummm....to all the haters....she grew significantly taller after her olympic win. It's almost impossible to do jumps when one is that height. Sheesh! Isn't she allowed to grow up? Are you too judgemental to enjoy what she still has in abundance, grace and elegance?

I love her, always have since seeing her in the 94 Olympics. She is very talented but in this program you can't see it. I always remember what Scot Hamilton said about her years ago. He said she doesn't ever have to leave the ice to be a wonderful skater. Meaning without jumps. I agree. She is so graceful when she is just plain skating for all she's worth. I love her no matter what she does!

i don't think she's overweight for a normal person. however, she's athlete, and it's part of her job to stay in shape. also, don't tell me that just because you're 30+, you can't be fit and slim. look at kristi yamaguchi, brian boitano, or katia gordeeva.

It's not just about her body.. you can't expect her to look the same as she did when she was 16. Most women don't look the same at 16 and 30. The thing is-- she was never that great at 16 either. She never did 3-3s and could barely do 3-2s. Her World and Olympic wins were both questionable. Of course, once she gained weight, it all went downhill. You can see that with Sarah Hughes too, but at least she used to do 3-3s.

I think it was Oksana's style and elegance and charisma that gave her the edge when she won the 1994 Olympics. But yes, technically she struggled a bit in comparison to some of the others.

Maybe so, I'm probably just nit picking but asked because I wasn't sure if she only represented Ukraine as she had difficulties with the Russian Federation perhaps, like other skaters who represented any of a number of former Soviet republics or other countries like Israel. Ireland have just joined the ISU so maybe some Russian teams looking for countries to represent can cast their eyes our way... ;-)

Oh God. Really, she might as well give it up. That program was little more than walking, blowing kisses and mugging for the camera with 2 jumps choreographed in. The fall on the double Axel really says it all -- what kind of professional skater under 30 falls on a double Axel because of height problems on the jump? Never mind a former Olympic gold medalist. This program is just plain lazy. At least she managed to land the Triple Toe Loop (I won't mention the two-foot landing I saw).

I don't like the outfit. I wish her the very best. All that beauty has to still be inside of her.  She is consistant again. I like seeing her skate with inner concentration instead of crowd pleasing.

Sorry to see her grow up when she was such a delicate Swan Lake Ballet skater. By far, most beautiful presentation that I have ever seen.
